Insulation Material Classification

2020-05-23

The insulating properties of insulating materials are closely related to temperature. The higher the temperature, the worse the insulating performance of the insulating material. In order to ensure the insulation strength, each insulation material has an appropriate maximum allowable working temperature, below this temperature, it can be safely used for a long time, and it will quickly aging if it exceeds this temperature. According to the degree of heat resistance, the insulation materials are divided into Y, A, E, B, F, H, C and other levels. The temperature corresponding to each heat resistance level is as follows:

Y class insulation temperature resistance 90 ℃
Class A insulation temperature 105 ℃
Class E insulation temperature 120 ℃
Class B insulation temperature 130 ℃
Class F insulation temperature 155 ℃
Class H insulation temperature 180 ℃
Class C insulation temperature resistance above 200 ℃
